Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify using the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only via UPS Ground. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Lewis Land & Cattle is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, most sales are final.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available in select areas. We do not offer on-farm pickup.

Customers are responsible for inspecting delivered orders and reporting issues within the timeframe outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding—is the property of Lewis Land & Cattle and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Prohibited Use
