3. We'll Email You

Within 1–2 business days of placing your order, we'll email you with the next steps and information about scheduling your delivery, pickup, or shipment.

4. Receive Your Beef

We offer local pickup, local delivery, and shipping to eligible areas.

For shipped orders:

✔ Beef is shipped frozen
✔ Orders ship Monday and Tuesday
✔ Frozen shipments are sent using UPS Ground
✔ Tracking information is provided once your order ships
✔ Larger orders may ship in multiple insulated boxes depending on final packaged weight

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to most locations throughout the lower 48 United States.

Alaska and Hawaii are currently unavailable for shipping.

Due to extreme summer temperatures and increased transit risk, shipping to western states may be temporarily unavailable during the hottest months.

For shipped orders, please make sure someone is available to receive your package and move the beef into a freezer promptly after delivery.
