2. We Handle Processing

Your beef is professionally processed at our USDA-inspected partner facility and dry-aged for approximately 14–21 days.

Each cut is vacuum-sealed, labeled, and frozen for convenient storage.

3. We'll Email You With Scheduling Information

Within 1–2 business days of placing your deposit, we'll email you with the next steps and information about scheduling your delivery, pickup, or shipment.

Occasionally, our scheduling emails may be filtered into these folders.

If you haven't received an email within 1–2 business days, please check those folders before reaching out.

4. Pay Your Remaining Balance

Your remaining balance of $1,899.99 will be invoiced on the Friday before your scheduled shipping date.

Payment is due upon receipt to keep your order on our scheduled shipping docket.

For local delivery or pickup, we'll communicate your final payment deadline when scheduling your order.

5. Receive Your Beef

Once your balance is paid and your bundle is ready, we'll coordinate your pickup, local delivery, or shipment.

We offer local pickup, local delivery, and shipping to eligible areas.

For shipped orders:

✔ Beef is shipped frozen
✔ Orders generally ship Monday and Tuesday
✔ Frozen shipments are sent using UPS 2-Day Ground
✔ Tracking information is provided once shipping labels are created
✔ Larger orders may ship in multiple insulated boxes depending on final packaged weight

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to most locations throughout the lower 48 United States.

Alaska and Hawaii are currently unavailable for shipping.

Due to extreme summer temperatures and increased transit risks, shipping to western states may be temporarily unavailable during the hottest months.

For shipped orders, please make sure someone is available to receive your package and move the beef into a freezer promptly after delivery.
