Your beef is professionally processed at our USDA-inspected partner facility and dry-aged for approximately 14–21 days.

3. We'll Email You With Scheduling Information

Within 1–2 business days of placing your deposit, we'll email you with the next steps and information about scheduling your delivery, pickup, or shipment.

4. Pay Your Remaining Balance

For shipped orders:

✔ Orders ship Monday and Tuesday
✔ Frozen shipments are sent using UPS 2-Day service

✔ Large orders may ship in multiple insulated boxes depending on final packaged weight

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to most locations throughout the lower 48 United States.

Alaska and Hawaii are currently unavailable for shipping.

Due to extreme summer temperatures and increased transit risk, shipping to western states may be temporarily unavailable during the hottest months.

For shipped orders, please make sure someone is available to receive your package and move the beef into a freezer promptly after delivery.
